Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic massage is curated specifically for what an individual's body needs. It incorporates firm pressure where it is needed, soft stretching, and the use of dynamic cupping. It can be for those whose goal is to gently alleviate everyday stress and wear and tear on the body, or to work out trouble areas with a more firm pressure, but not to the extent of a full body deep tissue massage.

Deep Tissue/ Sports Massage

Deep tissue/sports massage is an overall firm pressure massage; mostly recommended for those who are highly active with an athletic lifestyle or physically demanding job.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone massage uses moist heat from smooth basalt stones to melt muscle tension like butter! It is especially recommended for those who want the effects of a deep tissue massage, but don't want the firm pressure.

CBD Massage

Instead of our regular massage lotion we use a blend of pharmaceutically tested CBD isolate mixed with arnica, magnesium, Glucosamine with MSM, and the essential oils marjoram, black spruce, and rosemary to deliver the ultimate aid in overall pain relief. Learn more about CBD isolate HERE.

Hot Stone Upgrade

Can be added to any 60 or 90 min massage service. The heated stones are used on the back, arms, legs, and feet.

Hot Stone Upgrade (back only)

Only the back is massaged with the heated basalt stones. Can be added to any 30, 60, or 90 min massage service.

Prenatal Massage

Prenatal massage is a 30, 45, or 60 min service where certain pressure points are avoided and other areas such as the neck, low back, hips, and feet are given extra attention. Prenatal massages are healthy for the mother and baby, but during the delicate state of the fetus, in the first trimester, massage is not recommended due to its potential for miscarriage, therefore, please do not schedule a prenatal massage until after 12 weeks.

Fibro Fighter Body Wrap

This body wrap is specifically designed to naturally battle the common symptoms of Fibromyalgia by using a potent blend of plant based essential oils and the nerve calming and muscle pain relieving power of epsom salt (magnesium sulfate). This wrap can be a 60 min service on its own, but is intended to follow a 45-60 min therapeutic massage for maximum results.

The essential oils used in this fibro blend are:

  • Marjoram

  • Eucalyptus

  • Tea Tree

  • Black Pepper

  • Rosemary

  • Lavender

  • Sweet Orange

  • Ylang Ylang

Ideally one has their therapeutic massage with this essential oil blend. After the massage the table is then set up for the body wrap. The essential oil blend is then mixed with 80% epsom salt and 20% dead sea salt and applied as a relaxing body scrub. The scrub is then left on. One is then wrapped in a silver mylar blanket with a thick comfy blanket on top to lock in the heat for 25 min. This action should cause your exfoliated pores to further open and readily absorb the essential oil blend, the magnesium from the epsom salt, and the minerals from the dead sea salt, like in a compress. Lastly one is wiped down with hot towels and given a bottled water. Please drink plenty of water following this treatment.
